Metamask wallet will keep pending and failed to cancel the transaction when we sending an error tx #710
Description

Steps to reproduce:

deploy local node of ethermint - [Second Step]
transfer tokens for addr1 to addr2, input gasprice to zero
Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
send failed, show errors "gas price can not be 0"
Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
send pending and failed to cancel it
