Prepare v0.38.x backport branch #595
Description
In order to cut our v0.38.0-alpha.1 release, we first need our v0.38.x backport branch prepared and ready.
- Create a
backport-to-v0.38.xlabel - Push the
v0.38.xbranch reference: https://github.com/cometbft/cometbft/tree/v0.38.x - Render v0.38.x branch documentation cometbft-docs#59
- Update docs and CI references for
v0.38.xbackport branch #596 - Update CI and root docs on
mainfor v0.38 release #597
