I would come real handy to have 9680 backported to 0.37.x.
Problem Definition
Having only seeds and persistent_peers is kinda annoying for some use cases.
Proposal
Just backport 9680
For Admin Use
- Not duplicate issue
- Appropriate labels applied
- Appropriate contributors tagged
- Contributor assigned/self-assigned
