* Investigate issue #138: workflow cwd resolution * Fix: Load workflows from conversation.cwd (#138) Workflows were discovered from codebase.default_cwd (base repository) instead of conversation.cwd (user's actual working directory). This prevented users in worktrees or local clones from using their conversation-specific workflows. Changes: - Use conversation.cwd ?? codebase.default_cwd for workflow discovery - Follows established pattern from command loading (line 462) Fixes #138 * Archive investigation for issue #138 * Add integration tests for workflow cwd resolution - Add tests verifying discoverWorkflows receives correct path - Simplify comment (remove incomplete parenthetical)
