In #90848 we are adding machinery to fingerprint a span in a given time interval. A follow up in #91124 will add a builtin that will use this special mode of ExportRequest for fingerprinting. Given that this tool will be used for fingerprinting tenants on the source and destination cluster of a C2C stream, we will need to add an option to trim the tenant prefix from the key before fingerprinting it. Additionally, we will also have to expose an option to elide the value checksum metadata when fingerprinting so that we can get a matching hash on both the source and the destination.
