I started a TPCC qualification cluster for 20.2-beta.1 (based on 554f3a7).

The service latency graphs seem bogus. They show a huge constant value (10.2 seconds) throughout, same value for all nodes, and same value for p99 and p90. Workload seems fine otherwise (and KV latencies seem normal) so this number can't be right.
