ui: Time Range buttons aren't aligned by center on the Metrics page #49862
Description
Button icons are misaligned and not positioned in the middle of the buttons in Time Range selector.
Expected: Icons are positioned in center of buttons.
Testing Requirements
The PR to fix this should either update Cypress screenshots or pass a previously failing test.
