Cloudflare skills install message does not make the recommended action clear #14144

Description

@zeke

The non-interactive Cloudflare skills message is hard to act on:

Cloudflare agent skills are available for: Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode. Run wrangler in an interactive terminal to install them, or use `--install-skills` to install without prompting.

As a user, I do not know what command I am supposed to run next.

Questions the message leaves open:

  • Should I run wrangler --install-skills?
  • Should I rerun the original command and add --install-skills?
  • Should I run a specific command like wrangler setup --install-skills?
  • What does “Run wrangler in an interactive terminal” mean in practice?

This is especially confusing because the message appears while running some other Wrangler command, but the recommended action is only a flag, not a complete command.
