Clean docs clarification. No issues found.

The changes consistently update command examples across all Pipelines docs pages to show that both resource IDs and names are accepted, and the new note on the Wrangler reference page adds helpful context. Also fixes the missing trailing newline in .

Correction to my review text above (shell escaping ate the backtick-wrapped words):

  • The changes consistently update `get` command examples across all Pipelines docs pages to show that both resource IDs and names are accepted.
  • The new note on the Wrangler `pipelines` reference page adds helpful context.
  • Also fixes the missing trailing newline in `manage-sinks.mdx`.

No issues found — approving.
