@utouto97 Thanks for getting started on this work. One thing I would like to see changed before merging though. With these changes we are making the UpdateRepository mutation even if the --disable-wiki flag is not set. I would like to see us only make the extra API request when necessary.

fixes #6844
cloneTemplateRepository doesn't get params for wiki enables.
So I use updateRepository for enable/disable wiki after cloned repo from template repo.
Similarly, we can enable/disable issues (
--disable-issues) and change homepage url (--homepage)
