one of the three new spinners produced less than ideal output when a push happened; the other two do enhance the create experience and i think we can get away without one for push.

This PR adds progress indicators on the following places while creating a new pr.
Note: I did not add any test as it is a pure visual change. If tests are necessary anyway, could someone point me out how to test such code?
