We are getting requests for wider support for agent hosts (#13208, #13207, #13202)

This PR adds wider gh skills install support for most agent hosts. The original agent hosts (Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code etc are at the top of the list, and the rest is alphabetical)

Expands gh skill install to support installation into a much wider set of AI agent hosts, updating the agent registry and improving interactive selection/output guidance.

Changes:

Extend the agent host registry with many additional supported agents and their project/user install directories.
Improve interactive agent selection by showing each agent’s install directory hint in the prompt and update tests accordingly.
Adjust publishing diagnostics to avoid warning on canonical non-hidden authoring directories (e.g., skills/) and add an agent-specific post-install hint for Kiro CLI.

The --help docs are now awkward (both --help and online docs):

We should definitely include the agent names in our docs, but the --agent option help line should be kept reasonable.

So, I'm proposing two approaches:

Keeping the deleted list, but probably with no path details. Just a list of names and corresponding --agent value for them. This is the simpler approach.

Add a section to the --help docs (similar to "JSON FIELDS" in gh issue list --help), and then provide the names and IDs of agents. It's a bit hacky to implement as we have to play around the help renderer (which, theoretically, shouldn't know about specific commands).

My suggestion is to go with approach 1, but open to hear your thoughts.
