With the new project command #7375 some of the commands return sentences, when returning a URL would make chaining commands easier.

Proposed solution

Change the project commands to only return the URL on success and when possible.

Note that this doesn't apply to:

• fields, as these do not have a URL
• items, as Draft Issues do not have their own URL, and Issues and Pull Requests do not have a URL in the project
