`gh pr checks` does not show all checks if n > 100

### Describe the bug

For a repo where we run > 100 checks on each PR, `gh pr checks` will only show 100.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. run a PR with > 100 checks
2. run `gh pr checks` in the working directory

### Expected vs actual behavior

I would expect that the tool would list all checks, regardless of the number.
