Error when using zsh autocomplete on brew installed version of CLI on Mac (gh version 0.12.0 (2020-09-08))

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Type this 'gh pr [tab]' or 'gh issue [tab]'

2. See error…

Expected vs actual behavior

I would expect this to display the autocomplete options for the command in question. Up until recently this has worked fine. I believe I updated recently, but can't be certain.

May be an issue specific to me, but unsure how to tell, or debug.
