Consolidates 5 Dependabot PRs into one (all lockfile-only, core dep constraints are already wide enough): - cloudpickle 3.1.1 → 3.1.2 - fastapi 0.128.0 → 0.128.5 - mypy 1.18.2 → 1.19.1 - protobuf 6.33.0 → 6.33.5 - rich 14.2.0 → 14.3.2 Supersedes #321, #323, #324, #325, #326 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
