LGPL-2.1-or-later is the correct setting for LGPL 2.1 or later.

The propesed change will make the license readable for audit tool and other application that have strict expectations on what to expect.

This PR ended up with some merge conflicts and I was lazy and just fixed this in main in 7f2783b. Thanks for pointing this out though!
