Make readwrite.py use common.setup() instead of reading in the configuration from stdin and use the bucket prefix from config.fixtures instead of needing a separate one in config.readwrite. This allows us to use common.get_new_bucket on common.s3.main instead of needing to connect manually, generate bucket name template manually, and create bucket from it ourselves.
Use the rewind=True argument when uploading objects to make realistic.py's use of upload_objects compatible with boto>=2.4.1, which will try to seek to the end of the fp if rewind is not True.

A couple of commits arising from my work to set up migration testing tools that rely on realistic.py. The changes to readwrite are because it was frustrating to work with while still doing things the old way from before we had common.setup(), and its required configuration was inconsistent with the sample config in the repo.
