i think the fix is working? it doesn't complain about missing dependencies, but package installation fails later during cephadm.postinst. tracking that in https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/72083 |

that was on ubuntu 24.04. also verified that package installation still works on 22.04 in https://pulpito.ceph.com/cbodley-2025-07-11_12:48:01-rgw:verify-wip-72020-distro-default-smithi/ |
