Since we'll support N-2 for Tentacle (S and R), the quincy-x tests will eventually be removed. But since this addresses a bunch of failures in quincy-x for squid, I'm fine merging this and backporting to squid or re-targeting the PR to the squid branch. @rzarzynski @yuriw what do you prefer? |

We should have upgrades that apply to the current release, e.g. for squid - reef-x and quincy-x |
