Some of the smoke, rados, perf-basic and upgrade-clients tests were failing due to POOL_APP_NOT_ENABLED health check failure. Add POOL_APP_NOT_ENABLED to ignorelist for these tests. Signed-off-by: Prashant D <pdhange@redhat.com>
