This update addresses three issues with variant definitions.

• First, rsIDs were assigned to the var der Gaag 2018 using an unsophisticated procedure previously, a procedure that introduced a few errors at positions with multiple variants defined. This update assigns correct rsIDs to variants (when possible), as verified by independent manual inspection by two experts.
• Second, all references to the marker name mh05KK-058 were corrected to mh15KK-058 since this marker does in fact reside on chr15. The name previously assigned by its author violates the rules of nomenclature proposed by that same author.
• Third, a duplicate marker definition for mh11CP-004 was eliminated.
