Upgrade Netty to 4.0.33 to get bug fixes, and security patches.
The WebSockets vulnerability that's described in https://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=CVE-2014-0193 are in codepaths not used by the Java Client.
Upgrading is advisable since consumers of the Java Client may use Netty + WebSockets in their applications.
