Description:
This PR adds detailed JSDoc comments to the adapters.js module to improve code readability and developer experience.

Changes include:

Added JSDoc for the knownAdapters object, explaining the supported adapters (http, xhr, fetch).

Documented the getAdapter function, including:

Parameters (adapters, config)

Return value (resolved adapter function)

Errors thrown (AxiosError when no suitable adapter is found or unknown adapter specified)

Clarified the purpose of renderReason and isResolvedHandle helpers.

Motivation:
Improves maintainability, helps new contributors understand adapter resolution logic, and enhances IDE autocomplete support.
