… in CompleteHandler (#28706) This PR fixes the case that `StateMachine` generated for `CompleteHandler` in `Provider` cannot set logging. The default log group name of the state machine automatically created by the `Provider` with `isCompleteHandler` should start with `/aws/vendedlogs/states`.
