I tried to model this change after other services, but the PR Linter's requirement that I make a change to a README file doesn't seem to have been done for any of the other existing VPCE Services. If someone could help me figure out what I need to add, I'm happy to amend the PR. |

Adds a static instance of InterfaceVpcEndpointAwsService for the AWS Keyspaces service so that users do not need to define it manually. Keyspaces uses a custom TCP port (9142), so this avoids confusion.
