This PR adds HyperHDR support for HyperSerialPico: my Adalight AWA implementation for Raspberry Pi Pico (Rp2040).
This board (2-4$) provides very stable signal for neopixel (sk6812/ws2812) led strips thanks to PIO I/O coprocessor.
