Description
After submitting a Bugfix PR upstream to arm-dependencies, I decided to try writing some wiki docs to prevent others from hitting the same snags as I did.
This is a documentation update that adds details about quirks in podman and how they relate to ARM. Since rootful podman is very similar to default Docker, there isn't too much to write, but it helps people on how to reason about it. I was searching a lot for podman-spesific advice when trying to run this, so I wanted to write something that could help someone else.
