This should work now.

It definitely needs to be documented, but -t itself isn't documented either...

I've added documentation for this, and in the process reorganized the non-sensical structure of the testing documentation.

I think this doesn't need an additional CHANGES entry, since it's really just a bugfix on top of the feature that tests .rst files in the test suite (already documented in the 0.3.1 section of CHANGES).
