- change the mock of MockKafkaServiceBaseTest, to make it support consumer group. - add test to use consumer group, and set offset-auto-commit, make sure different consumers could continue to consume from committed offset. - upgrade pulsar version to support create 1 partitioned topic.

Motivation
Described in #16: Intermittent test failure in ManagedLedgerBkTest.testConcurrentMarkDelete,
the cursor is completing the roll-over after the futures are already completed.
