Motivation
Running the test TableViewBuilderImplTest results in an NPE and infinite loop.
Modifications
Properly mock readNextAsync by returning an uncompleted CompletableFuture so that it doesn't cause an infinite loop.
Complete the CompletableFuture with AlreadyClosedException in test cleanup to properly close resources.
