What problem does this PR solve?

before mtmv refresh,check column type if change
fix tableMTMVs of fe/fe-core/src/main/java/org/apache/doris/mtmv/MTMVRelationManager.java is not correct after replace MTMV/table
when MTMV is SCHEMA_CHANGE, will not refresh by commit
add more case
