This implements "FROM-first" selects. DuckDB and Clickhouse support this syntax where
FROMcan be placed beforeSELECT. To disambiguate these cases for formatting I added a newSelectFlavorenum:SelectFlavor::Standard:SELECT *SelectFlavor::FromFirst:FROM ... SELECT *SelectFlavor::FromFirstNoSelect:FROM ...(impliedSELECT)I'm not sure if this is the right approach.
