When an Instance is in the process of deploying, the "Used Memory" column shows NaN% instead of an appropriate placeholder.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Navigate to Instances view.
2. Deploy a new Instance.
3. Observe the Used Memory column during the deployment process.

What to do about it?

If memory usage data is not yet available, the UI should display - or 0%, not NaN%.
