problem

When creating a template from a volume, the account dropdown is not filtering properly by domain in the GUI. It shows all accounts even if you pick a domain. This makes it impossible to pick the correct account.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Make sure instance is powered of
2. Go to Volume and click the "Create Template from Volume
3. Select a domain
4. It shows "all" accounts instead of accounts associated with that domain.

What to do about it?

The dropdown should be filtered when a domain is selected. I do not observe this behavior in other domain/account dropdowns.
