Unfortunately,
BigQueryIOcontinues to refer to pipeline option post graph construction time, for example during@FinishBundleinUpdateSchemaDestination, and@JsonIgnoreprevents endpoint URL to be serialized, and the whole thing doesn't work. This fixes that.
