Should fix the following issues found by OSS-Fuzz: * https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=37927 * https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=37915 * https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=37888 Also add the IPC integration reference files to the fuzzing corpus, this may help find more issues.
