• Removed some duplicate tests due to bad rebase
• Add test fixture for dynamic YAML UI metadata counts and used that in existing tests as some providers who are migrated will load now without flask_appbuilder
• Also fixed a failing test which incorrectly compared _executor_without_check_set with
  auth_manager_without_check result
