It is not included in the recent @angular-devkit/build-angular@0.7.0 😢

It will be merged into 6.1.1, but 6.1.0 was already frozen except for release blocking commits.

@filipesilva This is not in 0.7.3/6.1.3 yet it seems, could you merge it for 6.1.x please?
