Tangential question:
I noticed that in adev there are two ErrorHandler implementations ReportingErrorHandler and CustomErrorHandler.

However, only CustomErrorHandler is provided in app.config.ts, and it seems that ReportingErrorHandler isn’t actually used anywhere.

Should I remove it?
