Having a clickable fork url in the contribution guide would make it simpler for new contributors to directly fork the repo in one click

What is the current behavior?

New contributors using the CONTRIBUTING.md guide need to search for the angular/angular repository manually before forking it. This adds an extra step to the contribution process.

Clicking a clickable repo URL in the Contribution.md would make it simpler for new contributors to find the repository.
