amp-video-iframe will be a special flavor of amp-iframe intended for the display of video. It will use the video interface to do things like receive a postMessage to pause/play the video or send messages back to parent frame on video events such as pause/play. These capabilities will be used to implement UX behaviors and support analytics (#9902).
