Repros about 25% of the time, possibly with higher probability on bad internet and large images. This is a Chrome-only bug.

Repro steps:
(Do NOT scroll through article, preferably next image in carousel is not loaded.)

1. Click on the hero image to open carousel in lightbox.
2. Swipe left to scroll to next slide slowly and keep your finger on the screen.
3. Observe that while finger is on the screen and moving (during swipe), the image moves but immediately snaps back and does so continuously.

Sometimes repros on amp-lightbox-gallery as well, esp if the images are large.
