Previously #2004.

  • STAMP: Allow amp-twitter in grid layers; animate-in-timing-function and interactive attributes to grid layers.
  • For amp-brid-player, add constraint for data-dynamic attribute and relax constraint for data-playlist attribute.
  • Account for whitespace in !important statements.
