Using x-plane 12 custom data
Hi, noticed this issue when multiple NDB's with same identifier exist in the same region:

Example:

BM ENRT UH OMSUKCHAN NDB
BM UHMP UH PEVEK NDB

LNM in this case incorrectly uses the Pevek NDB for the airway.

Similar example with NK ENRT UH NIKOLSKOYE NDB , NK UHGK UH NOVAYA KUBAKA NDB , NK UHNA UH AYAN/MUNUK NDB.
Proposed solution: enroute NDB's have priority in the parsing of airway data.
