New Help menu entry covering all noise reduction options available in AetherSDR — both radio-side (NB, NR, ANF) and client-side (NR2, RN2, NR4, BNR, DFNR). Written for novice ham operators with a non-technical intro, evolution of NR technology, comparison tables, deep dives on each mode with tunables and recommendations, CW/digital mode guidance, and a troubleshooting section.
