Correct errors in the path declarations in install and update
Some of the changes in #1344 had issues where relative paths that were specified originally (which were based on current working directory in the PHP process) were replaced with incorrect PHP
__DIR__paths, which are relative to the current PHP file. It can be confusing ;)
