I still think there's a component level optimization to do here that should make it unnecessary to add these importants, but since parts are already landed, let's land this one too.

Hi! Cherry-picking this PR into the WP/6.3 release branch failed, because it depends on #51972 which wasn't marked for backporting. Do we want both these PRs in 6.3 or neither? |

Follow up to #51972. I remove the
!importantdeclarations before merging, but it looks like my build wasn't running and I didn't notice that it is required for these buttons.What?

!importantdeclaration to button color in the stepper variant of the number control.Why?
To fix contrast and general appearance.
