Failing tests are not related to this PR, and what the code does here is simply changing the icons. @WordPress/gutenberg-design @jasmussen I think this is OK to be merged so I'll go ahead and pre-approve it, pending feedback from designers 👍

What?
Updates the icons in the grid items in the library to indicate if the template part is a header, footer, or uncategorized.

Why?
The icons did not match with the icons in the sidebar.
How?
The PR adds a condition that uses the
