Thanks for fixing this one up @matiasbenedetto! Separately, I believe @tellthemachines is looking into how we might one day pull the particular instance of the post content block from the current post template to infer which classnames / styles to apply in the editor view. However, until that work's in place (which might be complex to implement) this looks like a reasonable assumption to make in the editor classes to me (that if a theme uses useRootPaddingAwareAlignments, that they're most likely going to be rendering post content with the expectation of it having the has-global-padding classname in place) 👍
This is testing nicely for me in emptytheme and TwentyTwentyThree, and I confirmed that it's still displaying correctly (without the has-global-padding classname) in TwentyTwentyTwo and TwentyTwentyOne.

Because padding on the post editor and doesn't match the frontend because the post-content block lacks the right CSS class name when
